Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances Nourishing Quarter (the original venue for this dinner) has delayed its opening but is expecting to be open for business in mid August. We will organise another event there when it is open.

Animal Liberation Sydney monthly meeting and dinner

Indian Vegan Weekend Cooking Workshop
11am - 3.00pm each day, 21-22 August 2010

Over an intensive two day course, you will learn and savor the delicious cuisines of the North and South of India.
Class Menu:
Day 1 (North Indian): Pakoras, Punjabi chole, Aaloo matar gobhi, Seetha Phal (pumpkin), Poori bread, Cumin rice, Masala chai
